Disadvantaged Service Plan
The Votran 2012-2021 Transit Development Plan (TDP) will guide the
vision for transit in Volusia County over the next 10 years, while the
2012-2017 Transportation Disadvantaged Service Plan (TDSP) will guide the
provision of service delivery within the coordinated transportation system.

The Transit
Development Plan (TDP) is a five-year planning document that provides an
overall assessment of the transit needs throughout Volusia County. The TDP
also outlines VOTRAN's vision for public transportation in our community and
establishes transit goals that are integrated with other adopted plans such
as the Long Range Transportation Plan and local Comprehensive Plans.
